TDSAT directs TRAI to file a reply to a petition by MTNL challenging the regulator's new ADC regime

The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has directed TRAI to file a reply to a petition by MTNL challenging the regulator's new access deficit charge (ADC) regime. MTNL has claimed that the revised ADC could result in a loss of Rs 5.5 billion to the public sector unit.
